Dr. Thompson is originally from Albany, Georgia. She first realized that she wanted to be a veterinarian when she was 5 years old after being inspired by her grandfather. Dr. Thompson earned her degree in veterinary medicine from the University of Georgia in 2005. Aside from working at Lewiston Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Thompson has had additional experience while working at the University of Tennessee’s Field Services Dept., 2005-2006. She joined the Lewiston Veterinary team in 2006. When she’s not at the office, Dr. Thompson enjoys  camping, snowboarding,  or anything outdoors.
