If you are suffering from depression, you are not alone.

Depression affects many people at some time in their life, with some of us going through periods of depression that can lift after a very short time, while for others, it can be ingoing for many years.

Whichever category you fall into, here are some simple tips to help you manage your depression.

Depression – What is it?

Depression is best identified as feeling in a low mood. It may not stop you leading a normal life, but things may seem less worthwhile.

Most of us will admit to feeling depressed from time to time and this is perfectly normal.

Depression becomes a problem when it interferes with your day to day activities.

What Causes Depression?

Depression may be caused by an imbalance of chemicals in the brain or can be triggered by significant life events including:-

• Bereavement

• A traumatic experience, such as rape or physical attack

• Childhood events

• Illness

• Frequent use of recreational drugs

How Do I Know if I am Depressed?

Symptoms of depression may include:-

• Preoccupation with negative thoughts

• Difficulty in concentrating

• Feeling in a low mood most of the time

• Feelings of numbness, emptiness or despair

          ]]>

• Low self-esteem

• Lack of sex drive

• Lack of confidence

• Pessimistic view of the future

This is no a definitive list and you may experience all or some of these symptoms.

You may also notice changes in your sleeping pattern, your eating habits, or there may be a rise in your alcohol or tobacco consumption.

Depression – Helping Yourself

Knowledge is power. The more you learn about depression, the better equipped you will be to deal with it.

Go to the library, do some research on the internet or join a self-help group where you can gather information about depression and the treatments available.

Being aware of the choices available to you will help you to make an informed choice about treatment if you need to seek help from your healthcare provider.

Whereas many of us may experience bouts of mild depression or low mood, clinical depression is a serious medical condition and if you have been experiencing symptoms described above for some time you should seek medical help as soon as possible.

Depression – Don’t Suffer in Silence

While clinical depression is a serious illness, it can be treated and you do not need to feel ashamed, embarrassed or suffer in silence.

Some people allow depression to go untreated for years but clinical depression will not disappear by itself.

Professional help may include a course of antidepressants together with some counseling.

Depression – Help Yourself

Helplessness is a feeling often experienced by people with depression.

Together with professional help try and help yourself.

• Stay focused – depression can feed on itself and you can find yourself trapped in a vicious circle of negative thoughts that it seems impossible to get out of. Focus on positive thought and the positive things in your life. If you can’t think of any, think of a positive goal you would like to achieve.

• Avoid your own company – depression feeds on loneliness. Try and break the hold that depression has on you. Join a club or self-help group where you can talk to people who have successfully overcome depression.

• Do something worthwhile. Keeping yourself busy will give you less time to dwell on pessimistic thoughts. Take up a hobby or why not join a gym. Regular exercise will have a mental and physical impact on your wellbeing.

• Let go of the past. Many of us make the mistake of hanging on to past hurts and this too can cause depression. If there are things in your life that have caused you upset, past grudges, guilt or anger, perhaps it is time to let go.

Depression is not an easy thing to overcome but it can be done, all you have to do is make he decision to make a change.

Clinical psychologists wear many hats. They help people deal with their problems, change their behavior, and adjust to life’s difficulties. Clinical psychologists work with those who need more long term and intensive help that a counseling psychologist can offer. Psychology degree programs can help those with an undergraduate degree in psychology broaden their focus.

Where do Clinical Psychologists Work?

Clinical psychologists work in a wide variety of settings. They typically work in mental health clinics, hospitals, counseling centers, prisons, and nursing homes. Their work in hospitals, nursing homes, and prisons help both the individual patient and their families deal with the changes that may be taking place in their lives. Clinical psychologists also help people admitted to hospitals for alcohol or drug problems, eating disorders, and who are experiencing other behavioral/mental health issues.

          ]]>

How do Clinical Psychologists Help?

A psychology doctorate program will help the student to learn how to deal with a variety of issues they will come across in their work. This may include, but is not limited to, death, anxiety, depression, divorce, addiction, eating disorders, and abusive relationships. Clinical psychologists are not allowed to prescribe drugs to their patients, but they do refer their patients to medical doctors if they feel it is necessary for their treatment. Most of what clinical psychologists do is try to sort out confusing thoughts and feelings that may be interfering with a person’s life.

What are Alternative Career Opportunities for a Clinical Psychologist?

Clinical psychologists who are more experienced may choose to alter their career path and work in a more alternative setting. One example is forensic psychology. Clinical psychologists evaluate the mental health of suspects, write legal reports in cases, and act as experts in criminal trials. They may also work as a consultant to social, educational, and welfare agencies by designing and implementing new mental health programs. These types of careers require experience in the field and completion of psychology degree programs.

A psychology doctorate program is the first step after receiving an undergraduate degree for those who want to become clinical psychologists. However, there are many aspects to consider before embarking on the education. While the work is extremely rewarding and fulfilling, it can also be extremely difficult at times. Clinical psychologists must be prepared to deal with other people’s problems without becoming emotionally invested, and they must be able to encounter frustrating and depressing situations on a daily basis. Despite these extreme conditions, many clinical psychologists find their work to be extremely rewarding and feel as though their psychology degree programs prepared them for this new career.

The health care industry is rapidly expanding and will continue to do so over the 30 years, which means health care jobs will be very stable for a long time. There are many specialized positions one can take up, and one of them is Phlebotomy. Become a phlebotomist, and you’ll be opening up many doors and opportunities that promise to make your future a bright one.

So what does a phlebotomist do ? A Phlebotomist collects, stores, and tests blood. A phlebotomist is a trained medical technician who identifies the patient, prepares the instruments and supplies, ensures all instruments are sterile, draws blood, labels it , stores it , and later on, runs basic lab tests, and records the results.

Phlebotomy can be practiced by both doctors and nurses, but both can tend to be overwhelmed with the volume of patients. Doctors and nurses cannot perform every single task or medical procedure, and more routine tasks are given to specialists. Drawing blood is one of those tasks, and this is where a Phlebotomist comes in. Hospitals, blood donation centers, and clinics all employ phlebotomists to handle blood collection, as well as blood sample testing. And with the increasing demand for skilled medical specialists, and competitive wages, it is a very smart idea to become a phlebotomist.

          ]]>

To become a phlebotomist, you will need at the very basic, a high school diploma. Hospitals and clinics sometimes train high school gr aduates to become phlebotomists. In many states, it is not necessary to undergo any formal education or training, but many medical facilities prefer to hire trained , certified phlebotomists.

One way to become a certified phlebotomist does not include any formal training at all. There are many agencies that will certify you as long as you can prove you have at least one year of documented experience, and pass the certification exam. Your experience should include completing a specific number of venipuncture procedures. Venipuncture is what most of us think of when we think about drawing blood. Venipuncture is when a needle is inserted into a vein, and blood is collected into a tube. If you have one year of experience collecting blood, then you are eligible to become a phlebotomist.

You may also enroll in a specialized course to become a phlebotomist. You will find may colleges and medical institutions offer programs in phlebotomy that will prepare you for any aspects of th is position. There are two types of programs offered , one that will educate but do NOT certify graduates, and the other program has the certification exam included in the curriculum. If you want to become a phlebotomist, being certified will give you a huge advantage over uncertified applicants, so getting certified should be your first priority. Choose an accredited school that offers a phlebotomy program, or take it one step further, and find out what schools or certifications local employers prefer.

Enrolling in an online course is another option that can be very convenient if you work full-time or have other responsibilities. An online course allows you to work at your own pace, and will give you all the knowledge you need to become a phlebotomist, however, online courses don’t give you the hands-on experience needed to successfully perform the all procedures. If you want to become a phlebotomist, it would be very wise to select an online school that has partnered with a medical facility. This will make it much easier for you to gain the hands-on experience, and complete the practical requirements in order to become a phlebotomist.

At one time, doctors believed that the hormones associated with pregnancy were a good protection against depression. In more recent years, however, there has been a growing body of evidence that depression during pregnancy is a serious problem, affecting 10-20% of all women – the same proportion that women as whole suffer without adding pregnancy into the equation. With figures like that and with the added concern that depression can factor into the health of the baby, it is important to know something about how depression and pregnancy are connected.

First, it’s important to recognize what depression is and what the symptoms are.

Depression is a mood disorder that may have both biological and behavioral roots. Although healthy women frequently experience some of the following symptoms during a pregnancy, depression is usually diagnosed when the patient experiences three or more of the following symptoms in the space of two weeks:

A sense that nothing feels enjoyable or fun anymore
Feeling blue, sad, or “empty” for most of the day, every day
Difficulty concentrating
Extreme irritability, agitation, or excessive crying
Trouble sleeping or sleeping all the time
Extreme or never-ending fatigue
A desire to eat all the time or not wanting to eat at all

If a woman experiences three or more of these, she may be suffering from clinical depression and should report the symptoms to her doctor.

Depression is a serious disorder, and is more than just having “the blues.” Untreated depression can interfere with a woman’s ability to care for her self during pregnancy, and can push a woman to neglect vital personal care, thus hurting her unborn child. In extreme cases, the condition can also put her at risk for suicide, and for abuse of substances such as tobacco, alcohol, and illegal drugs. Depression may also interfere with the ability to bond with the child, and can also increase the risk for having an episode of depression after delivery (postpartum depression). In addition, recent studies have shown the possibility of links between depression in the mother and such serious conditions as premature delivery, low birth weight, spontaneous miscarriage, and gestational hypertension, or preeclampsia.

          ]]>

Doctors feel that there are several major causes which can contribute to a depression during pregnancy. Having an existing history of clinical depression or PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, a severe type of premenstrual syndrome or PMS) is paramount among these, as a predisposition to the disorder can increase the chance that pregnancy and its attendant stresses will bring on an episode. Age at time of pregnancy is also a factor — the younger the woman is, the higher the risk of depression.

There are also environmental factors to consider. If the woman is living alone, without the support of a partner, and has limited social support; if there are already multiple children in the family, or there is a history of marital conflict and ambivalence about the pregnancy, there is a greatly increased risk of a significant clinical depression.

If a pregnant woman believes that she is experiencing depression, she should seek medical advice immediately. This is not a condition that will simply go away; treatment to avoid the serious consequences listed above is vital.

Fortunately, there are many ways to treat depression during pregnancy. One of the most important is for the woman to take a step back and realize that she may not have to do everything she did before the pregnancy. If a social network and supportive partner are available, much of the self-imposed stress of trying to maintain a normal, pre-pregnancy routine can be alleviated by doing less while others take up the slack. If these resources are not available, psychotherapy is an effective way to help the patient get at root causes of feelings of helplessness and low self-worth, thus allowing her to cope better.

Self care is critical – developing good sleeping habits, regular diet and exercise routines and the like are also effective treatments. Medications are also available, but as with any drugs taken during pregnancy, there are risks that must be considered. Some antidepressants have been associated with serious side effects for the baby; any use of these drugs should be discussed carefully with a trained doctor so that risks are balanced against the benefits. Keeping in mind that depression is a serious illness; there are times when the benefits of treating a depressive episode with drugs outweigh the possible downside.

As with any medical condition that occurs during a pregnancy, depression requires a skilled diagnosis and treatment by a trusted specialist. Women who are at risk for depression or who are experiencing the symptoms owe it to themselves to address the problem as soon as possible.

In practical terms, doctors are only present when surgeries, examination and direct treating is done; during all the other times, nurses act as a point of contact for the patient (and the immediate family) and the doctor. People who know Florence Nightingale might have a good understanding of what nursing is all about, but actually it involves many finer aspects as well. Nursing is a study which involves procedures related to caring of the sick. It also involves working towards promotion of good health practices.

A RN (registered nurse) can also major in fields like bacteriology, pharmacy, histology and embryology. On a rough estimate, most registered nurses move on to the fields of health care related administration and public health.
In terms of hospital and clinic based promotions, a registered nurse can become a nurse supervisor (clinic manager in case of a clinic), dietician, food and drug inspection specialist and a freelancer teacher at a institute.

Educational AspectsWith almost 900 U.S colleges and universities offering nursing programs coupled with health centers expanding tremendously, career prospects in nursing are growing like anything. Bachelors is nursing is a prerequisite towards your journey in the nursing field. For doing a major, related experience will always help a registered nurse. Some good campuses which provide excellent nursing programs include University of Washington, University of Pennsylvania, Excelsior College and University of South Alabama.

In terms of online education, university of Phoenix leads the race with many other campuses offering equally attractive nursing education. Any U.S. University Directory will give you a broader aspect of nursing majors. All in all, it can definitely be concluded that the field of nursing combines science and social work.

Common mullein, Verbascum densiflorum or V. thapsus, is known by many names, such as flannel flower and lungwort. The herb is indigenous to Europe and North Africa, but is also found in Asia and America, where the spiked, flowering heads are visible at roadsides. The yellow flowers are popular in herbal preparations; but the flannel-like leaves and the roots are also employed.

Uses and Benefits:

Mullein has traditionally been used especially to treat coughs and to aid expectoration; these applications are similar to those for the better-known coltsfoot. Mullein also has been given for multiple other indications, but currently it is of minor importance. It remains popular in some countries, including Mexico, as a soothing, demulcent treatment for asthma, bronchitis, throat irritation, and cough. It was formerly recommended for rheumatic disorders and wound therapy, and as a diuretic. Other traditional uses include skin infections and inflammation, bruises, burns, gout, ear infections, and hemorrhoids. It is allowed as a flavoring in alcoholic beverages in the United States.

          ]]>

Pharmacology:

The main constituent, a polysaccharide may account for 2-3% of the herbal product. It is said to be goothing to the respiratory mucosa. It may soothe the oropharynqeal receptors that mediate coughs in upper respiratory inlections, but there is no evidence that tracheobronchial tree receptors are similarly affected. Other compounds include Ilavonoids, glycosides, tannins, and iridoids. Verbascoside is a unique iridoid glycoside that can inhibit aldose reductase and 5lipoxygenase; as a consequence, it may have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Other relevant components are various saponins (such as songarosaponins) and bitter amorphous substances. These agents may cause reflex expectoration through gastric stimulation.

In vitro studies suggest that mullein may have antiviral or fects, and it may potentiate the anti-influenza virus action of amantadine in tissue culture

Clinical Trials:

No controlled clinical studies have been carrio(j out on mullein or its individual constituents,

Adverse Effects:

Adverse reactions have not been reported, and are unlikely to result when conventional doses are used.

Side Effects and Interactions:

No drug interactions are recognized.

Cautions:

A mullein herbal preparation from the flowers, calloel gordolobo yerba in Mexico, was reported to have been contami nated with Senecio longilobus, which contains hepatotoxic pyrolizidine alkaloids.

Preparations & Doses:

Infusions can be made from mullein, and a total dose of 3-4 g/day of the dried flowers or leaves has been recommended. Similar or smaller amounts of mullein are recommended for herbal teas; fluid extracts and tinctures are also available.

Summary Evaluation

Mullein is a harmless herb that is mainly used as a throat lozenge and mild cough suppressant, and for its possible expectorant effect. It has not been clinically studied, and it is unlikely to be of significant value.

Nettle

Urtica dioica, commonly called nettle, nettles, or stinging nettle, is often regarded as a noxious weed. Urtica comes from the latin urere, meaning “to burn,” and is the source of the medical term urticaria. Direct contact with the mature plant can break off tiny trichomes or hairs on the leaves and stems, injecting chemicals into the skin that cause long-lasting irritation and stinging. The flowering plant and its roots are used medicinally, and the toxic trichomes are destroyed in processing.

Uses and Benefits:

Nettle is predominately employed in Western cultures for the treatment of arthritis pain, allergies, and benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH). In European herbal traditions, it is also considered to have diuretic properties. Historical and folk uses of nettle include treatment for diarrhea, constipation, asthma, pleurisy, and eczema; it has also been used as an astringent or hemostatic for nose bleeds, uterine hemorrhage, and the like. The leaves are used for their analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and diuretic properties, while the root is used for its anti proliferative effect on prostatie cells.

Pharmacology:

The major constituents of the leaves include organic acids (e.g., carbonic, formic, citric), amines, and flavonoid compounds. The stinging source of nettle is in the leaf and stemandular hairs, which contain acetylcholine, serotonin, formic acid, and histamine. The roots containsitosterol and other sterols, lectins, polysaccharides, hydroxycoumarins and lignans. In addition, the plant is rich in amino acids, vitamins, and other nutrients.

Nettle extracts can partially inhibit prostaglandin and leukotriene synthesis in vitro, and have been found to inhibit specific inflammatory mediators such as IL-2, IFN-gamma, and NF-kappa B,l,8

A decreased release of lipopolysaccharide-stimulated TNF-alph, and IL-1 was demonstrated in blood from human volunteers takinu a nettle leaf extract, but other in vitro effects were not validated:

Hormonally responsive prostate tissue is altered in subject Husing nettle root extracts, and this has been attributed to severnl compounds present in the roop, A steroidal-like hydrophobio compound inhibits Na+/K+-ATPase, which can suppress prostatic cell growth, Lignans inhibit the binding of sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) to androgens and nettle decreases SHBG serum levels in controlled studies. Specific compounds may also inhibit 5-alpha-reductase or aromatase activity in the prostate, blocking the formation of dihydrotestosterone or estradiol, respectively. Further, polysaccharide fractions of methanolic extracts have anti-proliferative effects on prostate epithelia.

          ]]>

A diuretic effect was observed in rats after intravenous or intraperitoneal injections of a nettle extract, but no effect was observed after oral administration. Parenteral administration of nettle extracts can also cause depression of the central nervous system (CNS), hypotension, and bradycardia in animals.

Clinical Trials:

Many of these studies have been performed in Germany.

Arthritis-The anti-inflammatory/analgesic property of nettle leaf has been used for arthritis symptoms. Topical application appeared to be beneficial in a randomized controlled trial (RCT) for base-of-thumb osteoarthritis; however, the double-blinding (which is difficult to provide for a stinging preparation) was incompleteY Oral preparations were reported to be beneficial in four German studies, primarily in terms of NSAID dose reduction. However, the quality of these studies is questionable because only two were controlled, one randomized, and none blinded.

Allergies-For the treatment of allergic rhinitis, a double-blind RCT in the U.S. evaluated the effect of an orally administered freeze-dried preparation for 1 week. Global assessments of subjective effectiveness were favorable after therapy was completed, but personal diary data revealed only a slightly better outcome than placebo. The large drop-out rate (mainly in the nettle group), unclear dosing, and lack of statistical analysis weaken the results of this study.

. Adverse Effects:

Nettle is well tolerated; side effects are generally similar to placebo in the controlled studies. Mild gastrointestinal irritation has been reported, but is uncommon.

Side Effects and Interactions:

Because nettle extract has CNS-depressant effects in rodent toxicity studies, some authorities warn against conmmitant use with CNS depressants. However, it is doubtful that these results apply to humans; there are no reported adverse CNS effects or drug interactions with nettle in the herbal or medical literature.

Cautions:

Uteroactivity has been reported in pregnant and non-pregnant mice, so caution is warranted in pregnant and breast-feeding women. Herbalists have generally found no adverse effects in these populations, however.

Preparations & Doses:

Multiple preparations and formulations of nettle are available, and controlled studies have examined different oral dosing regimens. For the anti-inflammatory effect in acute arthritis, 1340 mg/day of a powdered extract or 50 g/day of stewed nettle leaf was used. For allergic rhinitis, two 300-mg capsules of freeze-dried stinging nettle were dosed 1-7 times per day (mean t.i.d.). For BPH, typical doses are 300-600 mg b.i.lt of a methanol extract of the root. In the herbalist literature, 2-5 g t.i.d. of dried herb is usually taken as an infusion or extract. Topical application of the fresh leaf can be an effective analgesic, as long as the nettle produces a stinging sensation with wheals (it may act as a simple counterirritant), and treatment is repeated daily for several days.

Summary Evaluation

Several clinical trials have found nettle to be beneficial for arthritis pain and BPH symptoms, but poorly designed or unknown study methodology limits the potential benefits reported in these investigations. Minimal clinical evidence is available for the use of nettlo in allergic rhinitis and as a diuretic. As the use of nettle appears to be safe and well tolerated, it is acceptable for patients to try this herb for mild arthritic, allergic, or BPH symptoms. However, the efficacy for any indication remains unproven.

Uva ursi

Uva ursi, also called bearberry, refers to the plant Arctostaphylos uvaursi, the leaves of which are used in herbal medicine.
Uses and Benefits:

Uva ursi has long been used as a urinary antiseptic for mild urinary tract infections (UTls) or inflammation, and as an herbal diuretic. The herb is a common ingredient in a number of “bladder and kidney” teas and products, which are popular in European countries. Uva ursi also has been employed for centuries as an astringent or hemostatic for diarrhea and hemorrhages, probably due to its high tannin content.
Pharmacology:

Key constituents of the leaf include hydroquinone glycosides (4-15%) such as arbutin, polyphenols such as tannins (10-20%), flavonoids, and triterpenes Arbutin is most likely hydrolyzed to hydroquinone in the gastrointestinal tract, which is eliminated in the urine in small amounts. Uva ursi extracts, arbutin, and hydroquinone all have antimicrobial activity. In a series of European experiments, hydroquinone was found to be the most active constituent of uva ursi, which has antimicrobial activity in vitro against typical urinary pathogens in an alkaline urine environment (pH of 8), but not in an acidic urine (pH of 6). In rats with experimentally induced pyelonephritis, 25 mg/kg doses of a uva ursi extract were reported to have significant antibacterial and nephroprotective activity.

          ]]>

Clinical Trials:

Monopreparations of uva ursi have not been evaluated in clinical trials. However, a combination herbal product (UVA-E) was evaluated in one randomized, double-blind, placebocontrolled trial for UTls. This extract product (containing uva ursi as an antiseptic and dandelion as a mild diuretic) or a placebo was given to healthy women with recurrent cystitis. Treatment for month significantly reduced recurrence during the 1-year follow-up period, with no cystitis in the herbal group (0 of 30) versus 23% recurrence in the placebo group (5 of 27; P < 0.05). Another combination herbal preparation (containing uva ursi, hops, and peppermint) was used to treat patients suffering from frequent and painful urination. 3 Of 915 patients treated for 6 weeks, success was reported in 70%; however, this study was not controlled. No studies have evaluated uva ursi’s potential diuretic effects in humans.
Adverse Effects:

There are no reported side effects from uva ursi products. The high tannin content (10-20%) may cause Gl upset, and oxidation of hydroquinone may turn the urine a greenbrown color.
Side Effects and Interactions:

The high tannin content of the herb could precipitate alkaloid drugs, and bind iron or other metal ions. Foods or drugs that produce an acidic urine could presumably reduce the urinary antimicrobial effects of uva ursi, while alkanization of the urine would enhance this effect.
Cautions:

Hydroquinone is toxic in large doses. Severe toxicity has been reported from ingesting 1 g, and death from 5 g. However, large doses of the herb have reportedly been consumed without adverse effects, probably because hydroquinone is primarily available as arbutin; the concentration of hydroquinone ingested in usual doses is not thought to be toxic. Nevertheless, hydroquinone has poorly documented hepatotoxic, mutagenic, and carcinogenic potential. Coupled with hydroquinone’s known toxic effects in large doses, and uva ursi’s high tannin content, these concerns have persuaded herbal authorities to recommend limiting uva ursi’s duration of therapy to 1-2 weeks at a time. For similar reasons, the herb is best avoided in pregnancy and lactation, and in children.
Preparations & Doses:

Two to three g of an oral dried-leaf preparation (containing roughly 100-200 mg of arbutin) are usually taken 3-4 times daily. The combination product used in the positive clinical trial, UVA-E (Medic Herb AB, Sweden), was dosed as 3 tablets t.i.d., but the quantities of uva ursi and dandelion extracts were not reported. Teas, fluid extracts, and tinctures are also used, and cold water extraction of the leaves should reduce the level of irritating tannins.
Summary Evaluation

Uva ursi has a long history of use as a urinary antiseptic and diu

Its quite interesting and enlightening to know more about the cancer industry, and how the system really works. This is based on documented statistics from medical journals that are seldom seen by the public, interviews with MDs, Naturopaths and thousands of cancer patients. Most of the patients out there are searching for answers like you. They have spent thousands of dollars on chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgery and still no results! Infact, they feel worse than ever- they are dying
.
Apart from the horrendous side effects, even the doctors will tell you that radiation and chemotherapy will probably cause cancer to re-occur in a few years. Keep in mind that although doctors have your best interests at heart, 80% oncologists will never go for chemotherapy for themselves or their loved ones since they know it is poison and one of the most lethal medicines one can use. The FDA stipulates that only conventional drugs or medical treatment can cure cancer. This way there can never be a genuine cure for cancer as there are handsome profits to be made. Even medical schools, journals and staff salaries are funded by the pharmaceutical companies. Unfortunately, for oncology students in conventional medical schools, successful natural, non-toxic, cancer treatments are unknown to them since it provides competition to everything they represent.. Oncology students go into medicine to help fight cancer. How can they see their patients die? The War on Cancer was doomed from the beginning —now it’s Lost. For those of you who are confused, frustrated, worried, or just plain scared, be assured, that there are safe, clinically proven natural cancer cure methods that can get you immediate results! Natural ways to cure cancer are popular because they enable the body to cure itself of cancer. It can be carried out at home; works with even advanced cancer and is one hundred percent natural. Thousands of European doctors have used it to heal a large number of patients for a 100 years. The problem is that neither the general public or conventional doctors want to hear about them. This is disheartening since this year too, one in two men and one woman in three, in the United States, will be detected with some sort of cancer. There are several very simple steps you need to take. And when you know what these are, you can use natural cancer cures so you can boost your immune system learning which foods are the very best for your specific type of cancer. Research from around the world has defined new categories of food that will show you how to reverse your cancer in just 6-8 weeks.. Remember, natural cancer cures are very effective only when you put the right food plan in place; otherwise you will just be wasting a lot of money on the wrong supplements, organic foods and herbal teas. Just like everything else in nature, curing cancer has everything to do with creating a healthy balance among oncogenes (that cause cells to divide) and suppressor genes (that stop the divide). .
Did you know that quietly, behind the scenes, millions of people around the world have successfully treated cancer for decades using alternative cancer treatments alone? So why today, inexpensive alternate medicine remains ignored by the conventional medical system. Hopefully, the Internet information explosion will finally force the powerful drug industry to change.
This article is not intended to lessen the sincere efforts put in by thousands of researchers who toil away in an effort to find the right cure but to enlighten the suffering millions that there are many other time-tested ways to cure cancer. And with that, there is hope. http://nature-cancer-cure.info http://one-minute-therapy.info
